REFUND POLICY
At CertApple.com, we are committed to providing reliable and high-quality Apple certificate services. However, in certain exceptional cases, customers may request a refund under the following conditions.
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund under the following circumstances:
- Certificate Not Activated: If the Apple certificate has not been activated on your device and the provisioning process with Apple has not yet started, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Error on CertApple.com's Side: If we confirm an error occurred during the certificate creation or provisioning process (e.g., non-functional certificate, incorrect certificate information due to a system issue on our side), the customer has the right to request a refund.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
CertApple.com does not offer refunds in the following cases:
- Certificate Already Activated: Once the Apple certificate has been activated and linked to the UDID of the device you provided, we are unable to issue a refund or transfer the certificate to another device. This is in accordance with Apple’s policies, as the certificate has already been issued and cannot be replaced.
- Incorrect Information Provided: If the customer provides incorrect information (e.g., wrong UDID or incorrect service package selection), we cannot offer a refund after the certificate has been issued.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send your refund request via email to [email protected] or through Telegram ADMIN: @QTUNUy. In your request, please include:
- Your order ID
- The UDID of your device
- The reason for your refund request
- Request Review: The CertApple.com support team will review your request and verify the certificate status. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will proceed with the refund.
- Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive all necessary information from the customer.
4. Refund Method
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method you used (e.g., credit card, e-wallet, or bank transfer).
- Refund Timeframe: The refund timeframe depends on your payment method. For credit/debit cards, refunds may take 5–10 business days after we process your request. For e-wallets or bank transfers, it may take 3–5 business days.
